CUSTOM ORDERS

A heads up: made to order items cannot be returned. Handmade art is labor intensive. Once you place your order, I custom make a piece specifically for you. (so please make sure you have selected the correct size/length, when applicable). Feel free to ask me as many questions as you need prior to purchase! Here to help.

RINGS and other jewelry

you have 48 hours from delivery to contact me for returns. Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery. Return tracking numbers are required. consider insuring items when shipping back in case they are lost. I am not responsible for rings lost in return, thank you for understanding.

RESIZING

i am unable to resize one-of-a-kind rings due to the nature of how they are built. Please check your ring size before purchasing. :) if you don’t know your size, i recommend going into your local jewelry shop and having them size you. they are usually happy to help! Ring sizers are also available online if you prefer to measure yourself. :) if you need help, reach out to me!
